Job Grading and Classification
Job Grading was one of the first tasks i got as an HR coordinator in Americana, categorizing the jobs according to their importance and position in the organization structure. This in return is important for defining the salaries and other benifits that the company offers to each position. This has loads of shit to do with assessing required skills, span of contro for each job. Has many complications to do with organizational politics and people taking the position rather than positions themselves.
I have come up with a more fun shcema to classify Jobs

Whores: People that you can screw anytime all-the-time. These are the employees that do all the dirty work like assisstants, adminstrators, secretaries, unskilled labor...etc.
Bitches: People that you can screw, but this depends on how skillful and convincing you are. These are employees who are semi-empowered like coordinators, engineers and supervisors. Employees who will do the job, but do it their way... I'm currently lying in this category
Pimps: People who make sure the fucking business is going on. Team leaders, Project Managers, and middle managers.
Bastards: Have never known a father, and insists on fucking everyone for that. Managers who do nothing but give orders, and screw employees to feel good about themselves.

How to know you have had too much of AIESEC - 1
Yesterday, it was my birthday.. had some of my AIESEC and non-AIESEC friends attending. Each at one extreme side of a long table, with empty chairs between. One of my AIESEC friend (without mentioning) wanted us all to sit as one group, so instead of saying something as simple as "lets shift to the empty chairs or sit closer," she said "Can we brigde the gap between the 2 parties?!!"
That's too much of AIESEC influence indeed.

Would-do-and-Die Wish List
- Go an a Road Trip to any other Governorate in Egypt, Riding my Bicycle
- Go camping on a mountain side -when and where there's snow
- Become a member of a Rock band - and play JUST ONCE in a concert (tried to learn the guitar 3 times and failed/got bored)
- Set a foot on the 6 inhabited continents (south America, and Australia missing)
- Become an OD Consultant
- Read one single philosophy book till the end (if not dead with boredom first)
- Stop saying (Random, Amazing, My Friend, and Basically...)
- Having my hair style stay as is for 2 hours!!
- Tease someone till s/he cries in tears (Find someone so hate-able to deserve this first)
