Try this before Google fix it.
I'm not very familiar with the exact mechanism of setting up search engines, usually they use some light software agent called spiders to search what's the most relevant web page for a certain search query, and what's next relevant ...etc.
Would love to know that this incident of Bush becoming the first match for failure wasn't intentional but was decided so, by the software itself :-).
